This portion is non-refundable and helps cover scheduling, administrative processing, service coordination, and reservation of resources for your move.
$250 — Applied Toward Your Moving Cost
The remaining $250 will be credited toward the total cost of your move.
If you cancel your move in accordance with Easy Move Atlanta’s applicable cancellation terms, the $250 portion may be refunded, while the $100 reservation portion remains non-refundable.

Important Independent Provider Disclosure
Easy Move Atlanta helps customers coordinate moving and related services through independent service providers.
The assigned independent provider performs the physical moving service and is responsible for its own crew, vehicle, equipment, tools, work methods, applicable licensing, insurance, and service performance unless otherwise stated in writing.
Easy Move Atlanta primarily provides booking, scheduling, coordination, communication, and customer-support services.
Your Quote Is Based on the Information You Provided
Your moving estimate is based on the service details, inventory, locations, access conditions, and additional services disclosed before booking.
Additional charges may apply if the actual move requires services or conditions that were not included in the original quote, including additional items, stairs, stops, waiting time, heavy or oversized items, packing, furniture disassembly, specialty handling, or difficult access.
Please contact us before your moving date if anything about your move changes.

What Happens After Payment?
After your payment is received, you will receive your booking confirmation and next-step instructions.
Before moving day, please notify us of any changes involving:
stairs, elevators, parking, gate access, additional furniture, heavy items, additional stops, building requirements, packing needs, furniture disassembly, or changes to your pickup or delivery location.
Providing accurate information helps us coordinate the appropriate service for your move.
